3RD CYPRUS SUP CUP, 2ND RACE!
Δεύτερος αγώνας του 3ου Παγκυπρίου Πρωταθλήματος SUP 2016!
Συνεχίστηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία ο δεύτερος αγώνας του 3ου Παγκυπρίου Πρωταθλήματος SUP 2016, στη Λεμεσό καισυγκεκριμένα στο “Windsurfers onTour Station”, στη Santa Barbara με την συμμετοχή 19 συνολικά αθλητών αυξάνοντας τις συνολικές συμμετοχές του πρωταθλήματος στις 31.
Με ήρεμα νερά και καθόλου αέρα όλοι αθλητές κατάφεραν να περάσουν το σημείο τερματισμού, ανάμεσα τους και ο 8χρονος Ηλίας Ολύμπιος στην κατηγορία Παίδων Fun 2χλμ. Μεγάλη ανατροπή στην κατηγορία Άνδρες, 4χλ με 14”, με τον Zacho Koumoudiou να τερματίζει πρώτος και στη δεύτερη θέση ο Christofer Bullant!
Στην κατηγορία 12,6’’ πρώτος τερμάτισε ο Γιώργος Ιωάννου ενώ στην κατηγορία FUN 2χλ, o Μιχάλης Μαραγκός!
Στις γυναίκες, στην κατηγορία 4χλ 12,6’’, πρώτη τερμάτισε η Μικαέλλα Μελά ενώ στην κατηγορία FUN 2χλ, η Μαρία Παναγή.
Τέλος στους Παίδες, πρώτος στην κατηγορία 4χλ 14” τερμάτισε o Αλέξανδρος Βασιλείου.
H αυλαία του 3ου Παγκυπρίου Πρωταθλήματος SUP 2016, θα πέσει στο “The Spot”, στην παραλία Κίτι / Σοφτάδες στη Λάρνακα, στις 19 Οκτωβρίου 2016. Ο τρίτος και τελευταίος αγώνας της χρονιάς αναμένετε συναρπαστικός αφού θα αναδείξει τους πρωταθλητές σανιδοκωπηλασίας Κύπρου και τους τυχερούς που θα ταξιδέψουν με την Aegean Airlines στην Ελλάδα για το μεγάλο ελληνικό τελικό του 6ου Hellenic SUP CUP 2016, τον Διάπλου του ιστορικού Ισθμού της Κορίνθου!
Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στον αγώνα έχουν όλοι, ανεξαρτήτως επιπέδου, ηλικίας, φύλου και συμμετοχής ή όχι στο προηγούμενο αγώνα.

Second Race 3rd CYPRUS SUP CUP 2016!
The 2nd race of the 3rd Cyprus Sup Cup was successfully completed last Sunday at "Windsurfers onTour Station", in Santa Barbara with the participation of a total of 19 athletes, increasing the overall participation of the championship at 31 athletes.
With calm waters and no winds all athletes managed to cross the finish line, amongst them the 8 year old athlete Elias Olympios!
The final race is expected to be a battle between the first athletes as in the men’s category 14’0” 5KM Zachos Koumoudiou finished first leaving behind Christofer Bullant who finished first in the previous race! George Ioannou finished first in the 12’6” 5KM men’s category while Micheal Marangos in Men’s Fun Category 2KM.
In women’s category Mikaela Mela raced first at the 14’0” 5KM while Maria Panagi passed Anna Koula in the Fun Category!
Alexandros and Nikolas battled through the end allowing Alexandros to cross the finished line first in the Kids Category 5km 14’0”.
The final closing race of the 3rd Cyprus Sup Cup 2016 will take place where it all started at ‘The Spot” Kiti/Softades beach in Larnaca on October 16th 2016. The 3rd and final race is expected to be particularly exciting since it will determine the Cyprus SUP Cup champions and the lucky athletes who will travel to Greece with Aegean Airlines for the big final of the 6th Hellenic SUP Cup 2016 at the Crossing of the Unique Isthmus of Corinth!
Everyone has the right to participate in the race, whatever the level, age and gender!
